Christian Bale's 16- year passion project for un-housed foster youth.

Since the birth of his daughter in 2005, Bale has been moved by the plight of foster children in California. Learning about the high number of children in care in the state shocked him and he was determined to make a difference. This led to the development of a unique village. It will include 12 foster homes, two studio apartments for independent living, and a 7,000 sq ft community center.

The village aims to keep siblings in the foster care system together and provides them with a supportive environment where they can thrive. Bale co-founded Together California, the organization behind the project. He believes keeping siblings together is crucial for their well-being. He envisions the village as a place of transformation.
